IT’S A BEAUTIFUL BASS.

Fender Adam Clayton Jazz Bass

Adam Clayton Jazz Bass

When you play in a band with two skyscraper personalities like The Edge and The Bono being underrated comes with the territory. But when you break it down, a U2 show has only three guys up there playing instruments a majority of the time. Now it’s true that Edge has more pedals than a bicycle built for an orchestra, but it’s the rhythm section that soldiers everything forward. Larry Mullen Jr. and Adam Clayton are a powerful unit.

Fender is giving Adam Clayton a well-deserved tip of the hat with the release of his own signature bass. The Adam Clayton Jazz Bass is inspired by the ‘65 Fender Jazz Bass that Adam played on the All That You Can’t Leave Behind Tour. The premium features are plenty including a custom ‘C’ shaped profile, 9.5”-radius rosewood fingerboard and vintage Lollipop tuners. Of course Adam Clayton’s signature bass could only come in one colour. It’s a beautiful bass in Sherwood Green.
