Every picture tells a story, that rocks.

Every picture tells a story, that rocks.

Danny Clinch Still Moving chronicles the photographer’s  career with over 200 photos of some of the most popular musicians of our time. Danny Clinch, like many of the musicians he shoots, is an artist at the top of his game. His is a craft of trust amongst other things. In portrait photography trust and complicity with the subject is key to capturing any semblance of the truth. Clinch gains his trust from his musicians through his love of what they do. He is a music fan and his love of rock ‘n’ roll shines through his pics, while at the same time making them that much more kickass.

Along with epic shots of Dave Grohl, the Beastie Boys and Eddie Vedder,  Still Moving offers anecdotes of the story behind the celluloid by the photographer. You’ll also find a foreword by Bruce Springsteen, which brings us back to the point of complicity making the product better.

Upon the book’s release, there were some signed copies available on dannyclinch.com, which have since sold out. If that kind of thing gets your motor running, you could probably find something on e-bay. If not head over to amazon.
